Frequently Asked Questions
How is Niti different from Raksha?
Raksha focuses on practical security measures for using AI safely. Niti focuses on compliance, policy development, and navigating regulatory frameworks. Think of Raksha as "how to use AI securely" and Niti as "how to ensure organizational compliance."
Will this cover my specific jurisdiction?
We cover the EU AI Act in depth (as the most comprehensive framework), plus ASEAN, APAC, and industry-specific requirements. Principles from the EU AI Act inform regulations globally, making this knowledge broadly applicable.
Is this too early? Regulations are still evolving.
The EU AI Act is already in force. Organizations subject to it need to comply now. Even if you're not directly subject to current regulations, building governance frameworks now is far easier than retrofitting them later under deadline pressure.
Do I need legal training?
No. While the course is valuable for legal professionals, it's designed for anyone responsible for AI governance, compliance, or policy. We translate complex regulations into practical implementation guidance.
What about the quarterly briefings?
AI regulation changes rapidly. Course participants receive quarterly updates on new regulations, enforcement actions, and compliance guidance for one year after completion.
